This week from My Life Sherpa : Mental Food

Thought is the real causative force in life.

It is the thoughts we allow to dwell in our mind that make us and our environment what they are. We really aren’t a result of our environment. Our environment is a result of us.  Everything we currently have and everything we currently are, is entirely conditioned upon the thoughts and feelings we allow to dwell in our mind. We are what we think about.

Thoughts lead to moods which then dictate our disposition. Our disposition then radiates out, attracting whatever we are putting out.  And let me tell you…success isn’t something you pursue.  Success is something you attract. Our disposition is everything.

We can’t control the thoughts that enter our minds, but we can control what we do with them. It’s our choice to let them take residence, or to redirect and turn our focus towards the positive.

Quality of thought leads to quality of life.  We truly are transformed by the renewing of our mind. Think about good things.

You choose your life.
